About Sisi Messick Jacobs

I am passionate about leveraging human-centric design and technological solutions to unleash the potential of every individual, particularly those at the bottom of the pyramid. Before joining the Google Search team, I used to work at Apple, building enterprise level software that impacted our in-store customer experience. I graduated from the MBA program at The Wharton School in 2017. Before Wharton, I was building up Micro Benefits, a social impact startup in China that provides mobile education to factory workers. We built a sustainable B2B2C model where our manufacturing clients drastically decreased turnover rates by doing good by their employees. In 2012, the G20 Summit recognized Micro Benefits as one of the five most innovative financial inclusion solutions for the working poor around the world.
