I look forward to meeting with you. I’m Şirin Köprücü, The Curiosity Coach. I support organizations and leaders in uncertainty, ambiguity, and innovation. I work with C-suite executives, CEOs, start-up founders, and emerging transformational talent who choose curiosity over fear and can challenge the status quo to thrive rather than struggle, stagnate, or ignore in today’s fast-paced, ever-evolving global and technological environment. My clients describe me as a kind coach whose intuition is spot on. My passion for and conviction about the power of curiosity comes from a multicultural upbringing, a corporate career in the innovative and global space of Hoffmann-La Roche and Novartis, and living and working in five countries speaking three languages. I’ve coached leaders worldwide, including through executive programs at the Thunderbird School of Global Management and Stanford Graduate School of Business. I care deeply about impact and witness influential and impactful leaders when they believe in and practice their curiosity instead of fear or ignorance in the context of an unknown. Certified as a Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and holding an ACC credential from the ICF, I also bring expertise in Global Mindset®, GlobeSmart®, and Quantum Negotiation™. In my experience, nothing is too difficult, unimaginable, or impossible when approached with one’s curiosity.
