Responsible for creative direction, production, and delivery of photo shoots from ideation,development, retouching, inception, storage, and final delivery. Responds to shoot requests and initiatives by developing a visual direction that meets stakeholders\' and end-users\' needs. Work with key internal teams (brands, advertising, PR, Storytelling) to create on-brand photo and video content that matches expectations and delivers on time. Develop an annual production plan and create opportunities to increase United Stock assets for enterprise-wide usage and initiatives.Responsibilities Include:· Provide Creative direction and execute photographic projects from ideation to on-set creation to post production.· Establish department policies and processes.· Direct post-production treatment of images for overall look, feel, and execution.· Cross-functional stakeholder management and communication.· Set budgets, scope, and size of production so each production falls under cost limits.· Hire/assign crew for the production, such as the photographer, crew, cast, and specialists, to complete an assignment. · Secure production bench strength locally and regionally.· Negotiate and oversee image rights and talent rights to ensure contractual limitations are met and rights management is tracked and followed.· Create production schedules that ensure the project is running on time, on budget, and meeting the deadline.· Approve significant production changes.· Monitor post-production processes to ensure accurate completion, storage, and distribution of assets and related details.· Oversee digital asset management governance, curation, and development of new libraries.· Perform management activities such as overseeing budgeting, scheduling, planning, and marketing.· Conduct meetings with staff to discuss production progress and check-ins to meet production objectives and goals.
