About Siri Hoffmann
I’m Siri Hoffmann, a behavioral systems thinker working at the intersection of psychology, justice, and real-world problem solving. My background spans competitive classical music, behavioral psychology, criminal justice, and years of hands-on work with families, long-term support programs, and complex behavioral cases. Across those environments, whether working with adults, children, or dogs, the same pattern kept appearing. Behavior drives outcomes, yet the systems making decisions around it rarely account for behavior in a structured way.Today my work focuses on closing that gap. I apply behavioral insight to real-world systems so organizations and communities can make better decisions when human dynamics, risk, and behavior are involved. One example of that work is Pawgorithm, a behavioral compatibility framework designed to improve how dogs and people are matched in rescue and adoption environments while reducing shelter return rates. The idea behind my work is simple. When systems are designed around behavior instead of guesswork, better outcomes follow.
