Responsible for end to end recruitment life cycle.• Maintain and develop existing & new client business relationships.• Responsible for gathering requirements from hiring managers and account managers.• Interaction with Business Head to discuss the requirement plan and device the action plan.• Client Relationship Management/stake holder management.• Partnering with business in contributing to the decisions when selecting candidates for the assigned Business Units.• Responsible for Niche hiring across all levels (including senior and middle level leadership hiring)• Co-ordinate with the Recruitment Team to source profiles according to the client expectation.• Screening candidates and matching the skill set with requirements.• Interviewing the candidates, briefing about company, company’s policies, roles & responsibilities.• Scheduling Interviews and follow-ups with Hiring Managers.• Release the offer letter for shortlisted candidates and hand holding them till joining.• Responsible for on-boarding candidates through all the necessary agreement and documentation.• Review productivity, work quality of team members regularly and conduct weekly meeting and gather report.• Responsible for achieving hiring targets within prescribed time frames as well as to build pipeline for the projected requirements.• Maintain master database of candidates short listed, rejected, offers made & joined on daily & monthly basis.
