About Sireesh Sriramula
As a Vice President at State Street, I serve as the India head for investment compliance function. I have over 17 years of experience between JP Morgan and State Street, during which I have built and scaled several teams including NAV validation, Investment compliance, and UAT. I have led several business reengineering projects and handled change management in various functions. Most recently, I built from scratch and scaled the investment compliance team at State Street by expanding to additional cities in India. I worked on the business continuity plan, managed the largest technology adoption (Charles River) for the function, and worked through approvals for setting up delivery team in India for the first Alpha F2B deal. My current focuses are: budling a team and setting up workflows, processes, controls for the first Alpha client, and integrating our Syntel operations with State Street. I aim to foster a diverse team and lead through transformation and continuous improvement.
