   I\'m a software engineer who\'s bounced around between Asana\'s eng productivity teams. We own the core architecture of Asana\'s web app and build systems, focusing on performance and developer experience. We seek out areas where building new features is difficult or slow and try to understand why, and fix them. We restructure systems within the app framework to enable us to tear out the legacy parts that hold us back. We aim to make the experience of writing software at Asana a joyful one.I really just like seeing exciting work get done and will take on whatever role seems most needed. At different points at Asana, I\'ve focused on.• Managing, coaching, holding 1:1s, and mentoring other engineers on my teams• Seeking ways to improve cross-team collaboration in functional areas near my own team• Authoring or reviewing various high level designs for new systems or changes to existing systems• Helping to plan out the long-term roadmap for these eng-focused teams• Scaling up Asana\'s engineering onboarding program
