As a CAE Engineer, I’m currently contributing to the RISE aero engine project, focusing on the structural analysis of next-generation propulsion components. • RISE components such as Propeller Frame, Mid Fan Frame, Mid Fan Case, Bearing Support Pailer 1, Bearing Support Pailer 2 and Reduction gear box (RGB).•Performing finite element analysis (FEA) using ANSYS Workbench to evaluate aeroengine components under thermal and mechanical loads• Conducting stress analysis, High Cycle Fatigue (HCF) and flexibility analysis to support design optimization.• Executing both linear and non-linear simulations, including contact and material nonlinearities.• Developing detailed tetrahedral and hexahedral meshes for complex aeroengine geometries.• Managing complete pre-processing and post-processing workflows.• Delivering high-quality technical reports to aid in design decisions.
