Managing the entire end to end hiring for CNX Kolkata location.• Vendor management for Kolkata. • Responsible for Kolkata Frontline Hiring (volume and mid-level).• Design and establish hiring plans (include right mix of sourcing and selection methodologies) that determine cost, productivity and timeliness of deliverables accounting for risk, manpower and market changes in the hiring location.• Responsible for strategizing and building new hiring channel with optimized price. • Partner management for the location and building new talent pool for the upcoming business/ ask.• Managing the new business transition in locations from TA standpoint.• Managing the Demand vs Delivery report to track the SLAs.• Attend location WRM with location leader and project head to review location hiring and challenges.• Periodic connect with project heads related to new hiring, ramp/ backfill plans.• Daily meeting with recruiters to discuss/ assign current & future hiring demand and plans. • Develop a positive environment in the teams to have a robust work force.
