I’m an engineering leader with a track record of driving meaningful change across industries - from startups to global enterprises, and from government to insurance and banking. I’ve led teams through modernisation efforts and major product shifts, and have always made a point of staying hands-on with the technology.Whether I’m building out internal platforms, championing SRE practices, or shaping strategy around AI and data, I focus on the same core principles: clarity, delivery, and culture. I believe good engineering leadership means balancing short-term impact with long-term sustainability - and being able to translate between business goals and technical realities.Over the years, I’ve helped organisations adopt cloud, DevOps, and AI at pace, often ahead of the curve. From defining strategy and architecture to coaching teams through change, I’ve always been most comfortable where delivery meets transformation. I’ve consistently worked at the edges of what’s possible, whether that’s serverless architecture, platform thinking, or the responsible use of generative AI in production environments.What motivates me is building healthy engineering cultures - ones where people are proud of what they ship, have the time and clarity to do it well, and understand the value they’re creating.
