   Accountable manager at Collins Aerospace, Walbar Peabody LLC, where I lead the P&L for this business. Within this role, my team is responsible for all facets of safety, quality, operations, engineering, customer service, sales, marketing and business development. Our approved FAR 145 repair station specializes in the repair and special processing of turbine (hot section) jet engine hardware, with customer service, contracts management and business development being managed locally by my team. This team partners with customers to develop the best solution for them through T&M and LTA structured agreements. Operationally, this business is divided into 8 value streams, with a high volume, medium mix of hardware, with all repairs and processes being completed at the piece-part level. As GM: • Coached and developed operations team to introduce structured operating system to create cadences and processes around daily performance and issue escalation, enabling more robust operations execution, increasing OTD and decreasing TAT across repairs. • Responsible for the business development and growth strategy for this site, working directly with customers to structure commercial agreements, while also partnering with OEMs to develop long term portfolio vision. • Guided team through creation of Root Cause Corrective Action structure for site, coaching quality, engineering and shop teams on RCCA best practices resulting in significant reduction in quality issues/escapes • Developed engineering team structure focused with a PFMEA focus on mitigating risk. Aligned capital investment strategy based on PFMEA severity and future technology growth. • Onboarded external marketing and brand company to support creation of external brand and increase exposure across customer base with a goal to increase reach, resulting in top line growth.
