Responsible for handling Non-lT requirements from US based clients\\\\n• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.\\\\n• Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Linkedln), Making job postings on the Job Portal.\\\\n• Employ fluent communication skills to connect with candidates via phone, email and social media.\\\\n• Screen candidates to ensure our clients receive the most relevant talent available\\\\n• Negotiate employment terms and close candidates once the client extends an offer\\\\n• Manage the full recruiting cycle, including sourcing, presenting resumes to clients, scheduling interviews, closing offers and facilitating the onboarding process.\\\\n• Participate in a collaborative team environment and grow into a mentorship role for newer members.\\\\n• Well versed about US Terms like W2, CZC,1A99, US Visas, etc.\\\\n• Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.\\\\n• Responsible for Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc. leading to joining post placement.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
