I am a hospitality professional with over six years’ experience at Pennyhill Park, progressing from Guest Relations into leadership roles and now serving as Assistant Front of House Manager.Alongside leading teams and overseeing the guest journey, I have developed a strong interest in the financial and revenue side of hotel operations.
