About Sinthil Kumar S
Started my career as a Technical support executive in the year 2005. Troubleshooting printer issues and clearing system registers, installing software and fixing problems. One year in that industry I was made a 2nd level help desk support executive (Supervisor) where I was managing issues which was not been fixed at the agent level. In looking for more challenging role I moved to Aviva Global services Pvt Ltd in the year 2007 which is now called as WNS Global Services Pvt Ltd. Started as a customer service executive managing customer policies for Motor, Travel & Household products Aviva UK General Industry. In 2009 I moved to Aviva Ireland General Insurance where I was again specialised for similar products. 2012 moved to R&A which was a challenge and achieved most of my milestones and now working as an Assistant Manager.
