Hello there, As an MBA/MPP candidate at the University of Virginia, I am pursuing my passion for solving problems with a people-centered approach through policy and business. I believe in leading through service and thinking about the opportunities I can extend to those around me and received awards for these in my previous experiences.I am interested in the private finance and international development policy that focus on strengthening small businesses, especially women-led ones. With a background in economics and mathematics, I have developed strong analytical skills that I can apply to various domains and challenges.Prior to joining the University of Virginia, I worked in project finance on a project that focused on equipping adolescent girls with tools and opportunities that provided the opportunity for them to live an autonomous life. I have experience in risk management and mortgage lending. These experiences have helped me be a dynamic professional that isn\'t afraid of a challenge.My core competencies include project coordination and management, accounting, financial and business analytics, and risk management. I am also team-focused, customer-oriented, and adaptable to changing environments. In my spare time, I love baking and engaging in conversations to drive a more sustainable and loving world.
