I am a finance professional with a strong focus on ESG and sustainable finance, currently serving as an ESG Officer at a leading asset management firm. In this role, I drive the firm’s sustainability strategy across the built environment, integrating ESG considerations into investment decisions to enhance long-term value. With four years of experience in ESG and sustainability consulting, I have advised BFSI clients on ESG reporting, due diligence, and ratings (Refinitiv, DJSI, CDP, and Sustainalytics). My expertise spans risk assessment, regulatory alignment, and impact measurement, ensuring financial institutions meet evolving sustainability standards. I have nurtured a mix of soft skills as well as analytical skills backed by data to optimise project delivery. My work in this role has given me experience around ESG Due Diligences, Evironmental and Social Management Systems for VC/PE funds with alignment with DFIs and ESG integration projects involving frameworks & standards such as SDGs, SASB, GRI, IFC PS etc. I hold the Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) Certificate from GARP and am pursuing PGD in Environmental Law and Policy from NLU Delhi, reinforcing my technical knowledge in climate risk management and sustainable investing. Passionate about responsible finance, I aim to bridge the gap between ESG risks and investment performance, contributing to a resilient and future-proof financial ecosystem.
