ABOUT SARAH INIGO-JONES
My work as a coach, facilitator and consultant all relates to executive performance and career management. I coach both individuals wanting to focus on their next move upwards, and those wanting to consider a change or alternative career. I work as part of executive education teams, providing executive coaching and designing leadership and professional development aspects for senior management development programmes. Some of my work is with teams, their development and interactions developing psychological safety and an environment that enhances individual and collective performance. I facilitate meetings, using both my coaching skills and business experience to enable their development and team effectiveness; time to step outside to look in at their work, priorities, values and collaboration. What do I bring? First empathy, second trust and third a range of academic and practical insight that inform my coaching and development work. My own insights and knowledge are built from a combination of leadership and career theory and very practical experience from a career in strategy consulting, FMCG and consumer advisory senior roles coupled with over a decade working with one of the leading global business schools in leadership development. Its all about the client; their needs, their strengths and the challenges that they bring to the table - whether a corporate programme design or a person mid-career trying to figure out the next 20 years. I encourage clients to take time to think and have courage to act. Many of us will work for many decades, which gives us time and opportunity to pursue different career pathways and interests, as life stages evolve and our needs move on. We need to adapt, learn new skills and own our career. I hope that in many forms, I help people do just that.MSc Organisational Behaviour and Career Management (University of London)Accreditation from The Tavistock Institute in Coaching for Leadership DevelopmentCertified in Hogan and NEO psychometric toolsBPS A and B certifiedWAVE certifiedAccredited with the Association of FacilitatorsMember of the CDI
