Worked on a Complex Program for a Middle East Cards Company for Implementation of a Digital Payments Wallet (Similar to Paytm) as the Overall Program Leader. This involved owning multiple Projects for Implementation, Integrations, Migration and creation of “Mini Apps” to run on the Digital Wallet Platform. Was responsible for Technical Governance, Risk Management (Risk identification and reporting, risk mitigation). • Directly worked with CXO profiles like the Chairman, CFO, CIO to Drive the Program from Inception to Implementation & Support. Often represented BDO single-handedly with clients. Provided Thought Leadership to help an evolving organisation. Worked on Delivery Governance from inception to closure. • Responsibilities included planning and conducting scope Workshops, Helping scope alignment & prioritization, working with individual PMs to align multiple projects to the Program Timelines and deliverables, ensuring right co-ordination amongst various projects and stakeholders to ensure the vision of the Chairman was met. • Successfully delivered the Program on time and within Budget.
