As a Consultant at Neotas, I bridge the gap between cutting-edge research, product development, and client delivery. My role is multi-dimensional, combining responsibilities in open-source intelligence (OSINT), SaaS product strategy, technical documentation, and R&D oversight. I gather detailed intelligence using both open-source and paid services, performing in-depth analysis to identify connections and risks. These insights feed into comprehensive reports that support client investigations and strategic decision-making.I play a central role in developing and maintaining our proprietary OSINT platform, collaborating closely with technical teams to manage feature development and customisation. I also lead the creation of searchable, modular product documentation, ensuring institutional knowledge is accessible and aligned with platform evolution. My contributions to R&D include building structured evidence-tracking frameworks using tools like Jira, allowing us to capture and reuse learnings from both successful and failed initiatives.In parallel, I support the development of our ESG assessment framework, integrating intelligence methodology into risk evaluation. My responsibilities extend across the client lifecycle—from pre-sales demonstrations, RFIs/RFPs, and proposal development to post-delivery debriefings and account growth strategy. I work cross-functionally with international teams, particularly our India-based developers, to capture the full narrative of feature and platform development.
