With over 27 years of experience in strategic technology management, IT Governance, and Service Delivery, I am a seasoned IT leader who can align multiple business units and partners, provide innovative solutions, and drive operational excellence. I have worked in various industries, such as healthcare, consumer goods, and life sciences, and have led large-scale IT transformation projects that enhanced business performance and customer satisfaction.I am currently heading the Manufacturing, Quality, Digital Transformation & Sustainability functions for Solutions and Service Delivery - Operations IT, at AstraZeneca. Prior to this, I was the Group Head of IT Governance at Adani Group, where I developed and implemented the Group IT strategy and direction, managed annual business plans and budgets, and oversaw all aspects of vendor management. I also recommended and adopted emerging technologies, such as cloud-based solutions, and minimized the physical footprint. Additionally, I implemented ITIL processes and ensured compliance across the Group. Previously, I was the Vice President of Delivery at emids Technologies, where I was accountable for delivery across all Enterprise accounts and established Cloud, ServiceNow, and BA Centers of Excellence. I am also certified in the Korn Ferry Hays Model for role evaluation and have received recognition as one of the 100 Global Women in Leadership by GCPIT.
