I am a Certified SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 6+ years of experience delivering end-to-end HR transformations across Employee Central, IAS/IPS, Compensation, Story Reporting and Position Management. My expertise includes SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS), where I have led SSO design, SAML trust configurations, SCIM-based provisioning (including migrations from OData to SCIM APIs), authentication flows, and cross-module login integrations across BizX, LMS, RCM, and Onboarding. I have hands-on experience in troubleshooting complex authentication scenarios, provisioning issues, and ensuring secure and seamless user access across the SuccessFactors landscape. Beyond identity services, I bring extensive experience in Employee Central configuration, including custom MDF objects, business rules, workflows, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), data models, and homepage configurations. On the integration side, I have worked with OData APIs, SAP API Center, and SAP Business Accelerator Hub to enable seamless connectivity between SuccessFactors and third-party systems such as SailPoint, Splunk, SharePoint, and external HR platforms. I have also built and managed Integration Center interfaces and supported API-based data exchange frameworks for real-time and batch integrations. Additionally, I have hands-on experience with Intelligence Services Center and Execution Manager, enabling event-driven automation for hire, rehire, and employee lifecycle scenarios, improving process efficiency and system responsiveness. In the areas of Compensation and People Analytics, I support global compensation cycles, configure compensation templates, and develop advanced Story and Canvas reports. I design dashboards and reporting solutions that provide actionable insights for HR and leadership teams. I am actively involved in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, UAT coordination, regression testing and cutover planning.
