ABOUT MAANAS S.
Maanas is a Product Designer with 8 years of experience in research, strategy, and product development. He currently leads digital design at Inclusive Energy, where he drives impactful solutions that facilitate the transition to sustainable energy. His previous roles in big four consultancy and niche award-winning design agencies allowed him to drive digital and service interventions across healthcare, banking, and the public sector, providing him with a rich and diverse experience in tackling complex, human-centric challenges. Maanas attended the University of Stirling on a Saltire Scholarship, earning an MSc in Behavioural Science with a focus on the interaction of gender, health, and happiness. Before UOS he attended MIT Institute of Design for a Bachelor\'s in Graphic and Communication Design. Beyond his professional work, Maanas is an activist, artist and a story-teller. Fluid between labels as an electronic ambient musician and a documentary music photographer, having collaborated with leading publications and promoters. These unconventional and left-of-centre artistic endeavours not only provide a creative outlet but also inspire his design and behavioural thinking, bringing fresh perspectives and ideas to his work.
