   Managing the portfolio of a diverse range of services and solutions at GCC (Global Capability Center) for Oceaneering\'s energy and mobility business, through a geographically distributed cross-functional team of more than 180 engineers (Project Engineers, Product Engineers, FEA Engineers, Designers).ACHIEVEMENT HIGHLIGHTS:• Stakeholder Management: Managing the stakeholders from 07 business units comprising energy and mobility product business across USA, UK, Norway, Netherlands, Canada, Brazil and Malaysia, conducting monthly review meetings to seek feedback and enhance the engagement. Conducting bi-annual Governance Meetings with Senior Vice Presidents and General Managers to report key performance metrics. • Business Development: Identified growth opportunities and worked with business leaders to transfer work to India team. Expanded the India team at Chandigarh and Pune by more than 30% in 2023.• Financial Management: Managing an internal team budget of US $3 million.
