I am an experienced IT Service Delivery professional currently managing a team of 7 Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) at the client site of L&T in Lucknow. My team comprises specialists in Cloud Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Operating Systems (Windows, RHEL/Ubuntu), and Oracle Database management.Presently, I am overseeing service delivery for a Government of India initiative under EESL — the Smart Meter Implementation Project — which covers 7 DISCOMs in the Northern Region. My role involves daily client engagement to ensure project milestones are met and performance remains optimal.I am responsible for incident management, tracking ticket resolutions, and leading daily status review calls with the team. I also facilitate regular stakeholder meetings including weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reviews, and governance calls involving senior leadership and CXOs.In addition, I maintain and update key project documentation such as the risk register and project tracker, ensuring timely reporting to higher management. My focus has always been on efficient service delivery, clear communication, and proactive risk mitigation to drive project success.
