My journey progressed at GE Capital (GECIS/Genpact), where I supported GE Healthcare’s APAC and Americas E-Business, and then as Business Finance Manager at GE Energy Power Generation Services (PGS) in California. Later, I joined Xchanging Bangalore, where I headed Management Reporting and expanded my responsibilities to include Financial Reporting.Since Feb-17, I have worked at Amazon, initially in the Finance Operations and Accounting (FOAA) team, where I led Cloudtail India Retail Accounting and Reporting for five years. I then managed Amazon\'s Global Accounts Payable accounting and controllership for two years before taking on my current role leading EMEA VAT Accounting. In this capacity, I collaborate with Accounting and VAT Compliance teams across multiple countries, implementing best accounting practices, strengthening controllership, and optimizing financial processes, including VAT accounting and reconciliation.Throughout my career, I’ve demonstrated my ability to lead teams through complex financial processes, continuously improve systems, and drive long-term sustainable outcomes.
