I am co-chair of the Private Company Transactions (M&A) Group. I specialize in corporate and commercial law with a particular emphasis on private company mergers & acquisitions, business contracts, corporate governance matters and inbound investment into British Columbia and Canada. I have also acquired significant experience in the aviation sector in connection with the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of aircraft, and in relation to licensing and registration matters involving the Canadian Transportation Agency and Transport Canada. I have acted for buyers and sellers in numerous purchase and sale transactions. My private company mergers & acquisitions experience has included local, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions involving businesses of all sizes and across a variety of different industries, including aviation, construction (road building and aggregate), transportation, technology, manufacturing, food services, aquaculture, architectural, engineering and environmental services.
