Project Management & Supplier Operations • Managing the timelines, communicating expectations, and documenting key processes, strategies, and best practices to share with higher Management and Supply Chain teams • Aiding with key supplier performance goals & formalize into QBRs discussing cost, quality & delivery • Auditing supplier warehouse and shipping stations to ensure smooth order processing and shipment accuracy Compliance & Homologation • Supporting international compliance approvals for the company\'s global business and aligning cost-saving possibilities on every certification renewal • Maintaining a hygienic repository of the approved homologation certificates to ensure any documentation needs for smooth flow of Inventory across the world
