ABOUT SINEM UGURDAG

I’m an entrepreneur and former COO who builds products, teams, and narratives at the intersection of strategy, measurement, and human behavior. My background blends early-stage experimentation with large-scale operational leadership—giving me a unique hybrid of vision and execution.I’ve built companies from 0→1, launched MVPs, partnered with 20+ SMBs in the Bay Area, shaped GTM and measurement strategies, and collaborated closely with engineering teams to design attribution-style funnels and insight-driven product decisions. For five years, I served as part of the founding team at Aposto, helping scale a media organization across Istanbul and New York. I worked on everything from product to partnerships to operations, supporting growth to 1.5M subscriptions, 3M podcast listens and +500 journalist network. I built OKR systems, led multidisciplinary teams, launched new formats, developed measurement frameworks for advertisers, and represented the organization at global events including Davos, Slush, and TechCrunch Disrupt. These experiences taught me how to build not just products, but ecosystems.I thrive in environments where product, storytelling, and commercialization meet—where a strategy can be felt, not just written. My work is driven by a simple belief: ideas matter when they move people, and products matter when they create real-world change.Outside of work, I explore abstract art, embodiment practices, tea rituals, and sailing—reminders of rhythm, intuition, and presence.
