Analyze current banking systems and processes to identify areas for product improvement and optimization.• Preparation of business analysis documents and gap analysis and business requirements.• Work closely with stakeholders, business users to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for payment system enhancements and changes.• Utilize data analytics to monitor and report on business performance, ensuring alignment with Bank ‘s organizational goals.• Collaborate with IT teams and third parties to design and implement solutions that address business needs and streamline operations.• Optimize payment processes and track daily incident and request tickets in Bank and propose solutions.• Follow up and support the backlog of the team in Jira.• Collaborate with the software developers and UI developers for business needs and system gaps.• Participate in User acceptance tests and follow up test defects.• Conduct regular training and workshops for end-users and Test Team.• Gather and analyze business requirements related to CrossBorder Payments;SWIFT;Western Union;MoneyGram, VISAb2b,MasterCard and SWIFTGo.• Support necessary system releases and swift application version upgrades and functional changes.• Acting as a scrum master within the Global Payments Technical team of 11, supporting the colleagues working in Agile Approach Methodologies.
