Beginning with my university dissertation focusing on internal communications improving employee engagement, this has enabled me to develop a detailed awareness and insight into particular professional communication contexts, and use this in practice.Presently a part of the Dell Technologies Team, I have gained considerable experience in the world of sales enablement, as I have been immersed in European, Middle East and African (EMEA) roles spanning across the last four years. This has not only enhanced my technical ability as an IT specialist, but also enabled me to be extremely proficient in reporting sales figures, managing targets, and reporting back to senior management and EMEA leaders, as well as proficiently culturally aware to thrive in diverse teams.
