ABOUT SINEAD BEACOM

A graduate of Queen’s University Belfast with a degree in Law with Politics and a postgraduate degree in Criminal Justice. With a solid grounding in law and policy, I bring clarity and structure to complex issues in financial services. With deep experience in project management and negotiating complex derivatives trading documentation, I thrive on driving strategic initiatives and delivering results in fast-paced, regulated environments. Over the course of my career in investment banking, I have supported different areas of the client lifecycle, from onboarding and legal documentation to account opening. I have successfully managed complex client portfolios and built strong relationships across legal, risk, credit and front office teams. I also have experience advising on various areas of quality and risk management within Consulting, including Independence and third party risk considerations, review of commercial terms in statements of work and review of Government Frameworks. As a collaborative and inclusive leader, I am passionate about building high-performing teams, fostering cross-functional alignment, and navigating change with purpose. I lead with empathy, clarity, and accountability. Outside of my professional role, I am a mother - a role that has strengthened my commitment to inclusive, human-centred leadership.
