Ten plus years of utility knowledge. Main focus is on new and existing grid interconnection. Current wholesale generation added facilities/O&M portfolio average ~$800 million in annual revenue for SCE. Strong knowledge of the electrical system, and ability to read substation one-line drawings. Assist and provide guidance on VAR support to generating customers. Liaison between SCE and interconnecting customer. I project manage SCE switchyard break-fix equipment projects. I am the subject matter expert on Radial Line and Facilities Service type contracts; one being governed by FERC while the other is governed by the state. I have experience and knowledge of FERC filing and amendment process. I manage a very unique set of customer base. I am knowledgable with various regulated tariffs, rates scheduled and programs, Standby rates, Power Purchase contracts, and different transmission contracts such as TOT, WDT, IFA, CREST, Rule 21. Customers seek utility guidance from me as I am the trusted advisor to them. I provide consultation on various interconnection issues, interpret contractual matters and it\'s processes, and provide recommendation on project activities to internal and external clients. I handle and assist in outage and/or curtailment related activities for transmission and distribution level. I oversee and coordinate new interconnection metering installation and its customer service accounts setup process.

   I am responsible for SCE mile territory wholesale interconnection generation; including CREST, ReMAT, Rule 21 type of operation. I lead investigations and ensure timely response to merchant plant issues in a timely fashion. My dedicated turn around response time to customers is within 24 hrs. I oversee and manage the new interconnection meter account setup process, account manage support to 191 grid interconnected customers and growing. I oversee and project manage divested generation maintenance break fix equipment issues, strong knowledge of utility tariffs, rates, federal policies. Subject matter expert in field of specialized contracts such as Radial Line agreements, Facility Service agreements, Transmission Operating agreements, Wholesale Interconnection agreement, Interconnection Facilities agreement. I support and coordinate with interconnecting customers on distribution and transmission outages and/or curtailments. I also support battery storage programs and initiatives and assist in the retail meter set up to help capture parasitic load.
