Hi, I’m Sindhu. I work as a Sr. Business Analyst at Visa Inc, Bengaluru, where I focus on innovation, strategy, and intellectual property.Innovation has always felt personal to me, there’s something deeply fulfilling about helping people bring their ideas to life. I co-created CreON, Visa’s structured innovation program, which began as a grassroots effort and has now grown into a more advanced, AI‑enhanced model. Across 10 cohorts, CreON has engaged 250+ participants and sparked nearly 100 ideas connected to Visa’s business priorities.In my role, I also support Visa’s intellectual property portfolio, from conducting prior art searches and building strategic dashboards to analyzing trends and uncovering competitive insights that guide decision-making.I’m genuinely curious about emerging technologies and love exploring how they can make work and life—a little more imaginative and efficient.
