About Sindhu Biswal
My journey is - dreaming to be an Astronaut to Songwriter to Marketing Professional to India\'s top founders, content creators\' advisor to becoming a CEO. At 14, I dreamt to be an astronaut but figured out I didn\'t have superpowers to nail at Mathematics. So dream remained a dream. At 18, I didn\'t go to college (mostly) and spent 11 hrs of my day at a music production house and learned how music is produced. Started songwriting and composing, eventually also started helping local musicians and bands to promote their music online. 2015 - Met a guy with an awesome idea and became one of the founding member at Dogether, a Facebook Start program and NASSCOM selected startup. 2018 - Contributed to the growth journey of Paytm Insider - previously Insider.in - in promoting some of largest events in India - ISL,PKL,T20,ODI,Brand Factory - Free Shopping Weekend etc. Also, built and promoted a new business vertical - live interactive content from scratch. 2019 - I played an active role in the growth acceleration of Pocket Aces\' digital media channels - FilterCopy, Dice Media and Gobble. Learnt about video marketing, implemented growth models and scaled 2 new businesses - Jambo and Nutshell. 2021 - Built the Growth team from scratch at Betterhalf. Scaled the brand, increased user base, built growth loops and retention marketing funnel. Was involved in investor pitches, fund raising etc too. 2023 - Worked as a Fractional CMO, consultant with 12 consumer internet companies, 7 B2B SAAS and top creators like Raj Shamani, Finance with Sharan etc. 2025 - Started my company - Buzzlab - to solve content marketing through first principles, data, AI for brands. 🟥 Available for talks, podcasts, masterclass, mentorship.
