Each of us, whether we can see it or not, are here to play an important role. It\'s easy to think that we have to do it all or that our single contribution isn\'t enough. That makes sense. We\'ve been raised on saviors and super heroes. But we don\'t need either right now, we need each other. This isn\'t about perfection. This isn\'t about finding the single right way forward. This is about each of us realizing that we have something unique and valuable to contribute and then joyfully and courageously standing at our post. At the highest level, my work is to partner with people to unlock and unleash their unique gifts so that with our powers combined we can finally bring forth the solutions we need in order to address our most pressing problems.
