Sinan Saltaji is the Managing Director at Invest Group Canada. A person with an entrepreneurial mindset who is always looking to achieve the highest results for his clients and himself. About his background, Sinan became very passionate about the real-estate industry when he was young. During his education, he studied business management and marketing. After his studies, Sinan started his real estate career in 2010. During his career, he achieved many outstanding awards for top performance and was among the top 100 real estate representatives in Canada on several occasions. Some of the awards that Sinan won are Chairman Club Award, Hall of Fame, Top 100 Canada.In 2010, Sinan established Invest Group, which is an international real estate investment firm with offices located in Canada, UAE and Qatar. Focused on partnering with investors to establish commercial real estate portfolios, investing in land development projects along with building custom homes. Since 2010, Invest Group built and resold over 35 high-end custom homes, and several small townhouse subdivision projects/low rise residential projects. In 2014, Sinan redirected Invest Groups focus on larger real estate development deals, began by partnering with several developers, raised capital for different projects, and had successful exits, followed by self-structured deals relating to land development investments. In the last 10 years, Sinan partnered and established different ventures including manufacturing and educational projects.
