Sina San is a Cambodian-American EMMY AWARD Winner for Outstanding Visual Effects in a Supporting Role for the Fox TV show Gotham and HBO series Westworld. She has collaborated on numerous award-winning projects and was nominated for two EMMYs in 2015 and 2018 for her work and creative vision on Gotham, Westworld, Transformers: Dark of the Moon, Alice in Wonderland, and Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.Since 2019, Sina has been working on creating new original content focusing on the Southeast Asia region. Efforts include market product research, project development, fundraising, infrastructure buildout and collaborating with talents. Sina’s training began at The Art Institute of Los Angeles on a full scholarship, majoring in Computer Science. She then honed her skills at the prestigious Art Center School of Design and was awarded The Chrysler Scholarship for Women in Design. Sina has worked in computer animation and visual effects for over 20years. Her career began in the gaming industry as a Video Game Environment Artist, working on titles and credits for Star Trek Dominion Wars, Shrek Super Party, and SpongeBob Squarepants Battle for Bikini Bottom. She later joined In-Three where she trained over 100 VFX paint artists in India for Reliance Media Group. Sina then moved on to Digital Domain, where she found her passion for creating epic, unimagined worlds.

   Established production pipeline from script conceptualization, budgeting, scheduling, contract oversight, and reviewing visual effects (VFX) vendor bids. • Successfully developed an intellectual property (IP) and secured angel investor for IP development and pre-production. Created advanced storyboards and previsualization animation to further convey the IP using video production methods such as editing and capturing live action plates, game engine renders, motion capture, and filming b-rolls. • Specialty in designing complex matte painting projections utilizing 3D cameras and geometry set extensions with strong attention to detail, sense of color, colorspace and lighting.• Traveled internationally to The Kingdom of Cambodia to collaborate with various local production companies and the film commission to develop original content for the Southeast Asia market.• Established a professional relationship with the Secretary General, Council for the Development of Cambodia focused on media and film development to help push the emerging entertainment industry in Cambodia.
