Full project lifecycle planning including scheduling, budgeting, and financial oversight on major heavy industrial projects- Lead large multi-discipline design-build teams from concept and scoping through planning, execution, commissioning, and startup- Commercial contract development and negotiation to support industrial projects of varying size and complexity- Serve as Project Principal on numerous industrial projects, overseeing design, engineering, procurement, construction, and quality- Provide leadership in industrial design and engineering, project management, and quality control across diverse sectors- Direct seamless execution across Integrated Design-Build (IDB), Design-Bid-Build (DBB), and Construction Management models, aligning project schedules, budgets, and quality outcomes with client goals.Adapt project execution models to client needs—from full-service design-build to specialized construction management oversight- Execute full lifecycle project management focused on risk mitigation, quality assurance, budget control, and seamless delivery- Engineering and constructing high-performance liquid & gas handling systems, including custom piping, high-pressure systems, and advanced flow control for energy, agriculture, and chemical processing industries- Deliver tailored solutions for intricate piping networks, large-scale gas storage, and specialized bulk liquid handling applications across oil & gas, food & beverage, and bulk liquids sectors.
