After diving deep into the world of psychology and earning my degree from the University of Michigan, I spent three exhilarating years at RTL as a journalist and TV news reporter. There, I mastered the art of asking the right questions and brought creativity and innovation to the forefront of social media platforms, all while navigating through a myriad of diverse and challenging environments. Currently, I’m steering dynamic teams in a continuously transforming enterprise landscape. My days are filled with empowering these teams, introducing transformative working practices, and ensuring every voice is not just heard but valued. It’s about creating a culture where change is embraced, and focus remains sharp on delivering exceptional value. On the side, I channel my love for engagement through social media, sharing bits of my world and connecting with minds alike. Social Media and TV are still a big passion of mine!
