Developing Fourine-19 nuclear magnetic resonance (19F NMR) methods for the detection, identification, and quantification of PFAS compounds from semiconductor manufacturing waste streams, focused on the EUV/DUV photolithography track tool. • Establishing 19F NMR test methods for the validation and calibration of novel PFAS sensors.• Utilizing analytical techniques including 19F NMR and LC-MS/MS for the characterization of PFAS compounds to and from abatement systems. • Working as a member of the PFAS consortium, part of the semiconductor industry association, for the advancement of research on PFAS analytical characterization in various areas of semiconductor manufacturing. • Partnering with FABs for testing waste streams to assist with the development of more advanced analytical detection methods.
