Health Transformation EHR Implementation Project I created an IT Incident Management Workflow in Visio to document pain points regarding recent Electronic Health Record (EHR) system implementation in clinical and nonclinical departments. I used data I collected from staff interviews at 5 hospitals and presented findings on initial ticket initiation to handoff to highlight current gaps in process and future state recommendations. Additionally, I created a RAID log template and Communication tracker for IT issues as a final deliverable for the client. I leveraged IT department org chart to create Position Control Inventory sheet documenting team/sub-team roles.Health Transformation ERP Implementation ProjectI updated Knowledge Transfer Assessments for hospital staff to reflect new project requirements, created and tracked action items in Jira for Key Business Decisions, and created a project team org chart.
