As an aspiring HR professional presently enrolled in Sheridan College\'s Graduate Certificate in HR Management program, I have a strong interest in hiring practices, employee engagement, and talent acquisition. Having gained practical experience in hiring, finding candidates, and screening profiles, I have honed my abilities in interview design, talent assessment, and administrative management. Because of my educational background and real-world experience, I am able to apply optimal HR practices and expedite hiring procedures to improve organizational effectiveness.My experience in customer service and HR has given me the opportunity to develop excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities. I helped students navigate the challenging foreign admissions process as a Coordinator at BitTRACK Foreign Education Consultants, making sure they were matched with the appropriate possibilities. My time spent working as a Crew Member at McDonald\'s has also improved my capacity to handle a variety of tasks, work in fast-paced settings, and provide outstanding customer service. I\'ve learned the value of efficiency, teamwork, and flexibility from these roles—all of which are critical in human resources.I am skilled at managing a high volume of hiring while upholding confidentiality and equity in every procedure since I am proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking, and time management. My skills in conducting organized interviews and identifying top talent have been further honed by my courses in recruitment and selection. I can\'t wait to use my abilities in a formal HR environment and help a business expand by luring and keeping the best employees.
