This innovation has significantly improved operational efficiency and planning accuracy. It was driven by a continuous urge to learn and improve existing ways of working, leveraging advanced concepts and tools learned through the MIT MicroMasters Program in Supply Chain Management.Beyond Super User deployment, this solution has the potential to transform planning processes across multiple functions, especially where teams are tasked with delivering time-bound projects across the fleet. Further responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end execution of deployments, ensuring all logistical needs are met for Super Users boarding vessels, and managing the delivery of both technical and soft skill training to prepare them for successful onboard execution
