I played a key role in qualifying potential leads, articulating our process clearly, and scheduling meetings with technical experts based on audit approvals and team availability.My day-to-day responsibilities involved proactive coordination with audit, operations, and scheduling teams across multiple cities to ensure timely and seamless execution of meetings. I also managed client-side escalations and contractor-related concerns, working to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining service standards and client satisfaction.Additionally, I contributed to lead quality control by identifying duplicate entries and aligning workflows with region-specific SOPs. I regularly utilized internal CRMs and Google Sheets to track lead progress, ensure data accuracy, and streamline communication across departments.
