Established and optimized preclinical oncology animal models, achieving 80% reproducibility and resolving challenges during development. Conducted rodent blood collection and serum analysis for toxicity screening, contributing to accurate liver toxicity assessments for IND applications. Developed syngeneic and xenograft models, administering IV and IP antibody doses for PK/PD studies. Performed rodent tissue isolation, necropsy, and protein analysis to verify pathway activation. Utilized imaging systems (Stryker, Quest, PEARL, IVIS) for in vivo fluorescence/PET imaging and analyzed data, leading to two research publications.
