I am a dedicated Fraud Prevention Specialist at JPMorgan Chase & Co. with comprehensive experience across fraud prevention, customer protection, retail banking support, claims management, and customer engagement. I specialize in identifying suspicious activities, verifying customer identities, preventing unauthorized account access, and ensuring strong risk mitigation while delivering a high standard of customer experience. Previously, I have supported US-based customers as a Retail Account Specialist and Claims Specialist through Concentrix and Teleperformance, where I handled fraud claims, account maintenance, dispute resolution, and compliance-driven processes with accuracy and efficiency. My early experience at Club Mahindra Holidays strengthened my customer engagement, onboarding, and relationship-building skills.
