Collaborated in the review and testing of advanced electrical control panels for Tesla\'s 4680 Cell Manufacturing processes. Achieving TUV certification of quality and safety standards across all evaluated components along with conducting Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of a panel controlling a Trim Collector tool. Designed and optimized electrical network control panels and system schematics along with 2D, 3D layout utilizing EPLAN Electrical P8, resulting in a reduction of design errors while strictly adhering to NFPA 79, IEC 60204-1, and UL508A standards. Improved and unified control panels for production lines by conducting thorough field evaluations. Verified over 200 I/O points using TwinCAT XAE, improving tool consistency by 80%. Led appropriate sensor selection, electrical Bill of Material (BOM) finalization for an Open Circuit Voltage Tester and updated EPLAN schematics. Developed and analyzed communication efficiency between TwinCAT XAE and an OGD251 Laser Distance Sensor connected to an IFM AL1330 IO module, ensuring seamless sensor integration and connectivity.
