Product Team – Product ONECanada Post (CPC) – Probation Module• Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable plans to support design standardization and enhancement of AI capabilities within the product.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand functional needs and contribute to solution brainstorming for AI-driven enhancements across Sodales modules.• Design and execute test strategies to evaluate system functionality, performance, and scalability of workflows and AI features.• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during testing and implementation to ensure the product meets business requirements, performance standards, and technical specifications.• Apply project management methodologies to coordinate product rollout activities and ensure timely execution without dependency on external prompts.• Develop and maintain processes for effective project tracking, progress reporting, and release management to support continuous improvement and product updates.• Train internal teams and onboard new hires on product features and AI capabilities to ensure confident and effective product usage across the organization.• Provide ongoing guidance and support post-implementation to ensure smooth adoption and operational integration across business units.• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, training materials, and best practice playbooks, ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders.• Lead brainstorming and feedback sessions to drive continuous improvement of AI functionalities, incorporating user insights and market trends into enhancement planning.
