As a seasoned Principal Architect, I serve in a leadership capacity, overseeing a team which includes scrum master, developers, QA. My responsibilities encompass a spectrum of critical functions, including guiding Scrum activities in collaboration with the Scrum Master, conducting code reviews, providing hands-on solutions for complex coding challenges, and interfacing with the operations team to address production issues.In addition to my role in technical leadership, I have played a pivotal part in the creation and implementation of strategic frameworks. Notably, I designed a framework for auto-scaling task processing and developed a comprehensive automation testing framework covering regression testing, performance testing, and code coverage validation. These frameworks have been successfully integrated company-wide, contributing to enhanced efficiency and product quality.My contributions extend to product development, where I initiated and led the creation of Passport, a sophisticated money movement product. Passport supports diverse functionalities, including account maintenance, ACH transactions, wire transfers, check processing, and card transactions.I am proud to highlight that my dedication and contributions were recognized when I received the prestigious Employee of the Year award for the 20••••18 period. This accolade reflects my commitment to excellence and leadership within the organization.
