I’ve spent 8 years improving customer and developer experiences, and building scalable, efficient systems.At Decently, I built features end-to-end (Next.js, TypeScript, NestJS) for their SaaS product Melo, managed Azure infrastructure and cloud costs, revamped CI/CD pipelines, and developed automated testing suites and observability dashboards.At Spotify, I managed identity, tooling, and authentication for outsourced staff, coordinated global incidents, product launches, and large-scale campaigns such as Spotify Wrapped 2022.
